Due to rather serious health issues, I wasn't able to work in the game or make any updates lately, I'm really sorry about that.
Howeve,r I'm fine now at last, and I'm ready to keep working on the game just like before :) so expect v0.7 in the upcoming days.

Dangerous Missions: Origin V0.6 is out!

What's new:

  •  2 Full new missions.
  •  2 new H scenes.
  •  12 new CG's.
  •  New maps accessible.
  •  Slight main plot advances.
  •  Combat rebalancing.

Stop the machines! Version 0.5a is here.

Realized that v0.5 had some serious bugs. They're now fixed! Download v0.5a instead.

What's new:

  • You can now return to the surface after going back to the sewers.
  • Defeat battle messages are now translated.
  • Guild lady portrait now disappears properly after failing pest control mission.
  • Cat fixed.

Dangerous Missions: Origin v0.5 is out!

  • 1 new, fully implemented mission.
  • 1 new obtainable H-Event.
  • 1 new enemy with a non-H grab.
  • 2 new H-Attacks for the Pervert enemy.
  • Added a surrender skill for Alicia.
  • 6 new CG's.

  • System text is now fully translated to English.

Another small update on v0.5 and two new polls.

I'm still working in Dangerous Missions Origin v0.5. I know I'm taking my time, but I promise I'm working hard on it. My deadline of about midweek still stands. This is some of the further stuff I already added:
  • Reworked some of the existing maps.
  • Made three new maps.
  • Added a new non-H enemy (But it does have a grab attack with its own inbattle CG).
  • Finished everything about the third Guild mission.
  • Pub and Tonio's house are available to enter now.
Also, I'm adding two new questions for you folks. First one; Should I take my time and rework the maps? Or are you okay with them being just functional? As for the second question, and since Dangerous Missions Origin isn't the final name of the game, I'm throwing some ideas in. Thank you!

Small update on Dangerous Missions: Origin v0.5

Hello folks! Just wanted to share a couple of things about the game's next version, coming during next week. I heard some concerns, and fixed some bugs and annoyances. Here's what I've already done and will be on v0.5:
  • All inbattle/shopping/map scripting is already translated to English. v0.5 won't have a single drop of Spanish.
  • Fixed a bug where the Guild Helper's CG didn't disappear after failing the Inn mission.
  • A surrender skill has been added.

Dangerous Missions Origin v0.4a released

Version 0.4a released. Just a minor release with some fixes and reballancing.

 What's new:
 -Black screen glitch after failing second mission fixed.
 -Groping attacks effects now last from 1 to 2 turns (From 0 to 2 in v0.4).
 -Zap Skill effects now last 3 turns (From 2 in v0.4).
 -Minor battle text and event sound fixes.

Dangerous Missions Origin v0.4 is out!

What's new:
-Two full missions from the Guild.
 -Two new H-Scenes (10 new CG's between the two.)
 -Light changes in some skills.
 -Some map tinkering.
 -Several glitches fixed.
 -A little proofreading in some text.
 -Other small changes.

 What to expect in 0.5:
 -All five normal missions from the Guild fully available.
 -A whole new area.
 -New H-Attacks.
 -New H-Scenes.
 -New NPC's.
 -More Town houses available.
 -More map fixing (There is some half baked stuff in 0.4, like the Inn's roof.)
 -More proofreading.

Improved HUD for Dangerous Missions: Origin

Just a quick heads up to let you know the LIFE, GUTS AND SUPER bars on the battle HUD had been fixed. Here's the difference: (Up: New, Down: Old.)

Now, I gotta keep working on the game! v0.4 is taking shape, and it'll be ready before Friday.

Dangerous Missions: Origin; News, thoughts and a question.

Now that Dangerous Missions: Origin demo v0.3 is out. I have some time to chatter with all you you who are reading my blog. First of all, I'd like to talk about future plans, starting by future demos release pacing.

My idea is simple; I'll keep making small updates, around  two a week depending on how much content I want to add into each one. That will continue until v1.0 comes out. At that point, the demo will hopefuly have everything a promer demo should: That is, all game mechanics finished and showcased, as well as one full, totally finished big area with the final version of its quests and events. Once the proper 1.0 demo is out, I will stop releasing demos at this pace, taking my time to add content instead, and giving you all updates about the development here on my blog. Demos past 1.0 will only showcase any needed bugfixes and improvements to the existing content, but the new content will remain blocked. Why? I really want to get the full game in one shot, and getting new content bit by bit would just feel slow, painful, and unrewarding to you. I hope you can understand that. For now though, until I arrive to 1.0 I'll keep releasing demos with new content periodically. After that, I'll focus on finishing the full game, working full time and keep you informed on what I'm doing at all times.

The second thing I wanted to share is plans for v0.4. As a brief sneak peek on what new content will it showcase, I'm adding two full, finished, and working missions, and three new H-Events to look for. The rest is top secret for now, so look forward to play it sometime midweek.

Last but not least, I have a question for you all. I need ideas. Lots of them. So please, I need you to toss me at the comments bellow any ideas for:



-Situations / Scenarios-

-Kinks / Fetishes you'd like included-

I'll appreciate any bit of help in that regard that I can get. Thank you in advance.

Dangerous Missions: Origin Demo 0.3 is out!

What's new:

 -First town and many of its locations available.
 -New H-Event.
 -New mini H-Event.
 -Heroine map sprite changed.
 -Game resolution changed to 640x480 so it shows proprly in fullscreen mode.
 -Smaller HUD during battles, so images can be seen better.
 -Grabs will now drain LIFE once GUTS is depleted.
 -Power Up skill no longer replenishes health.
 -Zap skill now makes you impervous to any grabs for two turns.
 -Debug mode.
 -Some fixed, some replaced images for both battle and existing events.
 -Small changes to some dialogue, maps, and events.

Intro battle fix released

As some of you noted, 0.2b has a lose-lose battle that's quite annoying. While I finish v0.3, here's 0.2b, wich only contains such battle with the fixes added.

v0.2b (only contains fixed battle from 0.2a)

 -Groping attacks now last from 0 to 2 turns (Before it was from 3 to 5).
 -Groping attacks occur less often.
 -Added a struggle Skill on the Suit's features. On next version, it'll eventually make you imvervous to grabs and gropes for some turns.

Dangerous Missions: Origin

This is the game I'm currently working on. Dangerous Missions Origin is a prequel to Dangerous Missions Pocket, and unlike it, this one is an RPG made with RPG Maker VX Ace. This will be updated often, so make sure you keep an eye either here or at its official thread on ULMF. Any feedback will be appreciated!
